- He provides effective leadership in managing the human resources on site.
- He reflects, transmits, educates and keeps the group's values among all employees in the area.
- He participates in the recruitment and management of local staff, assisted in this task by the headquarters staff.
- He proposes the HR development plan to 3 years to align resources and skills based on business.
On marketing and business plan:
- He develops our growth in promising markets. He is responsible locally for the implementation of the strategy of the group.
- He ensures the development of the subsidiary with major players in the market on priority service lines defined by the Executive Committee.
- He is the local relay on marketing strategy of the group (marketing mix).
On the financial plan:
- He is in charge of sales and gross margin of Chinese activity in connection with the sales of the headquarters (taking into account the work delegated to teams in France).
- He establishes the budget, proceeds to revisions in conjunction with the Executive Committee and ensure monitoring.
- Oversees reporting functions, accounting, treasury.
- He oversees relations with local authorities, banks, IRS, auditor.
